How to reset 2FA with Telegram Bot

Requirement:

  • Your phone number and KYC are verified successfully
  • Your phone number on CoinHe must be matched with phone number used to register telegram.

To reset 2FA, please follow these steps below:

  1. Search @CoinHeSupportBot on Telegram → Access to 2FACoinHeSupport chat-bot → Click Start
  2. Please follow chat-bot instruction and provide your information to successfully reset 2FA function.
  3. Log-in CoinHe account as normal without 2FA.

After reset 2FA, your account will be frozen in 2 days. We will notice your account status via email.
