Dear all CoinHe users,
According to ETH (Ethereum) official website, ETH will undergo an upgrade at a block height of 9,200,000 (estimated at 16:00 on January 2, 2020, GMT+8). CoinHe will support this upgrade with some detailed information below:
What is Muir Glacier?
Muir Glacier is the name given to this network upgrade. Previous network upgrades have been given other names such as Istanbul, Costantinople, and Spurious Dragon.
What happens during a network upgrade?
1. This ETH hard fork & upgrade will not result in a new token being created.
2. There may be a delay or suspension of ETH and ERC20 deposits and withdrawals during the upgrade.
3. ETH and ERC20 balances and trading services will be unaffected during the upgrade.
4. ETH and ERC20 deposits and withdrawals will return to normal as soon as the ETH mainnet becomes secure and stable.
CoinHe will safeguard your assets as always and take care of the hard fork for you.
If you have any questions, please submit a ticket to CoinHe Support Center.
Many thanks for your support!
