Dear all CoinHe users,

We will support the upcoming Ethereum Istanbul upgrade – This ETH scheduled protocol upgrade will not result in a new token being created. Deposits and withdrawals of ETH will be suspended prior to the ETH network block height of 9069000 selected to execute the upgrade, estimated to occur on December 07, 2019. Please note that ETH trading will not be affected during the upgrade.

What is Istanbul?

Istanbul is the name given to this network upgrade. Previous network upgrades have been given other names such as CostantinopleSpurious Dragon, and Byzantium.

What happens during a network upgrade?

After the community comes to an agreement concerning which changes should be included in the upgrade, changes to the protocol are written into the various Ethereum clients, such as geth, Parity, and Nethermind. The protocol changes are activated at a specific block number. Any nodes that have not been upgraded to the new ruleset will be abandoned on the old chain where the previous rules continue to exist.

Please leave sufficient time for deposits to be processed in full prior to the above ETH network block height. We will handle all technical requirements involved for all users holding ETH in their accounts.
