To submit your request, please follow the instruction below:
Step 1: To begin creating a support ticket, you will need to create a Support Center login that is the same with your CoinHe account.
Step 2: Once you login to Support Center, you’ll now see an option to create a new support ticket by clicking on [Submit a request]
Step 3: Provide the necessary information and a detailed description of your issue. Please make sure you select the type of issue. This will help us to process your ticket quickly.
Our team will solve the requests sequentially during normal business hours, which is Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 UTC +8. If the request was sent out of working time, it will be processed in the next working day.
We try in our best efforts try to resolve it for you and will contact you when an update is available.
