Account Information setting on CoinHe

Registering for a free CoinHe account will provide you with access to trading. You can update Account information here. CoinHe has the right to keep and use the transaction data or other information related to such accounts.

1. Password setting

  • User email
  • Current password
  • New password
  • Confirm new password
  • Save changes

2. Account detail

  • User email
  • Username
  • Change user avatar
  • KYC status (Verify or not verify)
  • Verify user’s KYC
  • Last login (date/time)

3. Profile information

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Phone number

To verify phone number, please following these steps :

Step 1. Visit CoinHe official website at https://coinhe.io/ → Log in → Setting → Account Details → Verify Phone

Step 2. A phone-verification will be opened in a new tab → Enter your phone number → Next

Step 3. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone number → Continue

Step 4. Successful phone verification → Back to account setting page

  • Date of birth
  • Gender Address

4. KYC – 2 identity types

    • Identity number
    • Upload Identification pictures
    • Upload user’s selfie with photo ID & Notes
    • Verify KYC.

5. Two factor authentication

  • Status (Enable/Disable)
  • 2FA code (Scan QR code to enable)
  • Enable/Disable 2FA
  • Backup code (copy backup code)

 6. Email Preferences setting

A part of activities in CoinHe.io need to be confirmed by email because we would like your account will be kept securely.

You can subscribe/ unsubscribe any type of email by setting email preferences.

  • New withdraw

7. CoinHe account log out automatically?

When one account logged in and inactive, we will send ping to keep the session alive. If disabled, the session will expire after 15 minutes of inactivity and the user’s account will be automatically logged out.
